How are you,Good afternoon to all my dear friends. I usually add a leaf to my main meal daily.So friends, I got some cabbage leaves. I thought I wanted to make a mellum out of this.It doesn't take much time. There is no fatigue. It can be done very easily and in less time. Let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 250 g of cabbage leaves
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Half teaspoon of mustard seeds
- Half teaspoon of pepper
- Half cup of grated coconut
- Half chopped b onion
- Two chopped green chillies
- Chopped curry leaves
- Two chopped dry chillies
- Two tablespoons of oil
- Half teaspoon of salt powder
The method of making;
Finely chop the washed and cleaned cabbage leaves.
Now add turmeric powder and pepper powder to it.
After that add finely chopped curry leaves, a portion of finely chopped onion, and a portion of finely chopped green chillies.
Add half teaspoon of salt powder.
Now add the grated coconut and stir everything very slowly.
**Now heat a pan and add oil to it and when the oil heats add mustard seeds.
Now add the chopped dry chillies and the remainder chopped onion and green chillies.
Now add cabbage leaves to which coconut is added.
Now keep it on low flame for about 5 minutes, stir and remove from the stove.
This cabbage leaves melluma is really very tasty and very fragrant. Especially since oil is added and coconut is added.And it has a beautiful color. Special cabbage leaves change color when overcooked. Then you can't eat. Cabbage leaves melluma is really delicious because it is made in low flame like this.
