This recipe is made with capsicums. It is a dish that can be made with capsicums in a way that is a little different from the way we usually make them, and looks very beautiful. Ingredients;
- A cup of plain flour
- Half teaspoon of salt powder
- Two tablespoons of oil
- 80ml of water
- Four well-ripened long-shaped capsicum pods
- 1 medium sized onion
- 150ml of oil
- One tablespoon of chili powder
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- One medium sized potato boiled and mashed
- Four green chili pods
- A piece of pandan leaves
- A handful of curry leaves
The method of making;
First put the flour in a bowl and add half a teaspoon of salt powder to it. After that, add two tablespoons of coconut oil and stir well.
After that add a handful of finely chopped curry leaves and add water little by little to make a regular dough.
Now cover well and keep aside for about twenty minutes.
Now we wash and clean the big onions, green chillies, curry leaves and pandan leaves and cut them very thinly.
Then wash and clean the chili pepper well and remove the seeds inside.
Now add finely chopped onion, green chillies, rampe leaves and curry leaves to the boiled and mashed potatoes.
Now add half teaspoon of turmeric powder and one teaspoon of salt powder.
Then add chili powder and stir everything well.
Now this prepared stuffing should be added inside the capsicums.
Now to make the cover of the fish chili, the flour ball made earlier and kept aside should be thinned.
For that, sprinkle some flour on the thinning tray. After that, roll the ball of dough very thinly into a rectangular shape.
Now cut the long strips into one centimeter width.
Arrange this long strip around the stuffed capsicums. It will be clear according to the image.
Now heat another pan and oil it well. After that, after the oil is well heated, reduce the heat on the stove and fry the prepared capsicums for about six minutes on low flame until golden.
