Today, dear friends, I have brought you a very tasty and healthy food for show you.Actually, this dish is the most popular curry in my neighboring country. This is cauliflower curry with potatoes. Aloo goobi is called in the neighboring country. Very tasty. And it smells so good. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 200g of potatoes
- 250g of cauliflower
- Half cup of water
- Two tablespoons of oil
- A handful of curry leaves
- A tablespoon of crushed garlic
- Half a large onion cut into small
pieces. - Cut two ripe tomatoes into medium length pieces.
- A few cinnamon
- A crushed ginger
- A teaspoon of curry powder
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- One and half teaspoons of salt
- A teaspoon of roasted coriander powder
- Three pods of chillies cut into
lengthwise
The method of making;
Wash the peeled potatoes well and cut them into 1 inch or 1 ½ inch pieces.
Also, wash and clean the cauliflower and break it into pieces.
Put a pan on the stove and add oil to it. Keep the flame at medium level and when the oil heats up, add crushed cumin and garlic.
Then mix little it.
Now add chopped onions and pieces of tomatoes.
Add cinnamon.
Now add turmeric powder, curry powder, cumin seeds and roasted coriander powder.
After that add salt powder and mix everything is well.
Now add the cut potato pieces and add half a cup of water and boil the potatoes on low flame for about eight to ten minutes.
Then add curry leaves and chopped green chillies.
Now sad cauliflower and mix.
Close the lid again and cook for about 5 minutes on very low flame.
**This potato and cauliflower curry is very tasty and smells very good and makes you feel hungry. This is called aloo goobi in the neighboring country. This can be eaten not only with rice but also with any food like bread, chapati, rotti. This is a very tasty, really very tasty curry. And I think it is best suited for vegetarians.
