How are you, Good afternoon to all dear friends. So, I thought to connect with you with another new recipe of the art that I love. Usually we don't like to eat or Thai eggplant. Because it tastes bitter.Thai eggplant is often made as a curry. Actually, this is not a curry, but a very delicious dish that is fried in oil. Let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 250 grams of thai eggplant
- About ten garlic cloves, sliced
- A large onion, finely chopped
- About four green chili pods long
- About a handful of curry leaves
- A tablespoon of sugar
- A tablespoon of vinegar
- 100ml of oil
- Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of mustard powder
The method of making;
Wash and clean the thai eggplant and cut it into 4 parts or if it is a big one, cut it into six parts.
Add half teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt powder.
Mix well.
Now put a pan on the stove and put oil in the pan and heat the oil well. After that, reduce fire on the stove . Add these cut thai eggplants and fry well for about 5 minutes.
Fry the chopped onion in the same oil until golden.
Similarly, fry the chopped garlic slices, green chillies and curry leaves separately.
Now take a another pan and put vinegar to it.
Add pepper powder and mustard powder.
Now add half teaspoon of salt powder.
Then add sugar to it and mix and turn on stove of medium heat keep it one minute.
Now add fried thai eggplant.
Finally add the fried garlic slices, big onions, curry leaves and green chillies and stir everything well and remove from the heat.
Personally, I don't like to eat thai eggplant. It actually has a bitter taste. But because of this cooking method, I love to eat thai eggplants. In fact, we can eat not only for a day or two, but even for a week. For those who don't like to eat thai eggplant and also for dear friends who love thai eggplant, please try and taste this dish.
