my journey to the Alphabet Land (day R)

My next post for the Alphabet Hunt challenge by Hive account@barbara-orenya. This week we had to find words starting with letter "R". Pretty easy task, as this letter is very, very wide-spread.

R — Radiotelescope

R — Road

I wanted to shoot a yellow-bricked Road, but my quest wasnt successfull. Seems they are not too popular here :)
Those two Russian boys are young fishermen.

R — Rust

I like to watch at the rust on surfaces! Of course, not on my showel :)

R — Rider

This is also a rider: wasp rider (more usually named a parasite wasp).

R — Remains

This place was my office for more than 7 years. Last year it was ruined and moved out, I took some pictures of its remains. There is a Russian proverb saying "Two moves are equial to one fire". My heart still bleeds, when I look at this office remains.

The last wordpick naturally could be 'Ruins', but let me finish on more positive note.

R — Radiohead

Well, Radiohead is not what you may think is, if you are not in the know... it is a famous UK alternative rock band from Oxford! And yes, I am a fan -- since 1999!

I do not have my own pictures of the band, but otherwise, I have a lot of memorabilia to present. This is a magazine ad for their second album 'The Bends' (1995) that I have sticked to my desktop.
