This morning we had to do sled pushes with 70# on it. There were 4 rounds of that, then rowing 150 calories with a partner. We did 1 minute on and 1 minute off. Then, there were 4 rounds of sled pushes again at 45lbs. The last thing we did was 150 more calories. I can't tell you how much lactic acid was killing my legs!
Oy!
I couldn't do the sled pushes without taking a couple breaks. The burn was intense.
All my running is helping ke during my workouts. I am able to control my breathing much better now.
When I get home, I was tired, but wanted to get a run in anyway. I was thinking I would take a rest day tomorrow, but we shall see........
