Started the day with some squat cleans. I built up to 185# during the workout. We combined it with a bike and tors 2 bar. The weights felt heavier than they should have, but that may have been all my running. I also got in 75 wallballs after the workout.
I was going to go on a run, but a friend called last minute and asked for help moving. I spent 4 hours helping her move her kitchen and closet. That doesn't register much for my activity levels, but I did put in a good day's worth of work.
