I am still doing crossfit and weightlifting, but have also recently (month of Jan) started running.....again. I seem to do good for 6 months and then fall off for 6 months. I am back at it and have gotten back up to about 5 miles already. I have been trying to build up and not get shin splints.
I kept running past trains. There was even a pair that went side by side.
Despite alll that running, my numbers on the scale aren't changing-yet-however. I have noticed an increased cardio capacity and I think se fat loss.
One thing I have started doing is tucking my tank in my armpits to avoid chafing on my arms while jogging. It has helped a lot. That is what the 1st pic is showing. I think this week I am over 20 miles. I will get a final count Saturday.
