Today was my son's birthday, so I did errands to take treats to his class-donuts.
We did squats this morning, 4 sets of 6 front squats and 12 backsquats at 135#. It felt heavy, but didn't hurt my ankle too much.
I tweaked my ankle doing lunges. It feels like the tendon is irritated. I am hoping a few days of arnica and ibuprofen will do the trick. My ragnar race is in 2 weeks. That is coming soon. I think I will try a jog tomorrow and see how it feels.
