A salad is healthy and easy to make especially if you are busy. I eat it a lot.
As I was younger I never ate olives. Now I love them. Once in a while I really need to eat a lot of them. Might be there is something in it my body needs. My dad started liking olives as he was over 45 years old. My son already is eating them. He never was a problematic eater. Taste is changing every 7 years they say. So no reason to stress out if your child does not like to eat everything. It also is a good reason to try out some different food once in a while. You might (suddenly) like it very much.
Tomatoes are healthy as well. The help prevent against sunburn (and who knows even sun allergie). If you like to try it out you need to eat a large amount of tomatoes for 3 weeks or better take tomato paste instead (2-3 teaspoons a day, during 3 weeks, is 30% less sunburn).
