HOW YOU MAY ASK .....MANGO'S HAVE ANTIOXIDANTS THAT HAVE SHOW TO HELP LOWER CHOLESTEROL. STRAWBERRIES ARE A GOOD SOURCE OF VITAMIN C AND MANGANESE. THE GOJI BERRIES ARE HIGH ANTIOXIDANTS AND AN ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SUPERFRUIT.
FUSION OF STRAWBERRY AND MANGO
½ Cup Mango, ( can use frozen)
½ Cup Strawberries, (can use frozen)
½ Cup Raspberries, (can use frozen)
1 teaspoon of flax seed
*1 Tablespoon Goji Berries
1 ½ Cups Almond Milk
Blend all together and pour into glasses. I love this one in the mornings, especially the summertime when strawberries are plentiful. My girls love this for breakfast.
