THE AVOCADO BLAST
2 handfuls of Kale/ Chard
1/2 Avocado ( semi ripe is better)
1/4 of oats
1 apple ( de seeded)
1 teaspoon flax seed
1/3 cup of blueberries
1 1/2 cup natural almond milk - unsweetened is best
