OCD's support is expanding!
Hello everyone! This is the 2187th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.
This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.
How this Works
OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.
This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.
Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

Community: Throwback Thursday
We don’t know which birthday will be the last one we celebrate. Today my old man would have turned 68, but he went to heaven almost five months ago. Today has not been an easy day, and I constantly miss not being able to call him to wish him a happy birthday. Even though we didn’t live in the same state and I wasn’t physically present for his birthdays for years, I was there in other ways, and we would talk for hours on video calls. Looking through my phone this morning, I found this screenshot from exactly one year ago today.

With the arrival of his little brother, the tradition was already ingrained. At first, the three of us would ride together, and when the little one was two years old, they could both ride alone without adult supervision. What impressed us was that on many occasions they preferred the ride to the snack, when finances did not allow for both during the 2017 crisis in Venezuela.

As if winter had arrived without passing through autumn, a cold wind and the light extinguished by a fog imperceptible to the eye, yet like a weight on the soul that dreams of sleeping for a thousand years and awakening when the sun rises in the west and the heat no longer oppresses with humidity, and extinct lies no longer compete with petty interests determined to survive without regard for anything or anyone.

Some children came by with an adult here at our house; five kids and 1 adult they were going to collect snails from the rice fields. I was surprised that in less than 20 or 30 minutes they returned with their buckets full. They were walking home happily because their buckets filled up quickly, so I thought that there must be a lot of snails there. Because before, when I was a child, it took a long time for us to get a lot of snails.

This new series set in Game of Thrones feels perfect. It doesn't exaggerate, it simply follows the story from another point of view from that first episode that gave so much to talk about. Not because it lacks identity, but because it dares to be small in a world that has always been gigantic. Furthermore, there are no great armies, just a wandering knight, Ser Duncan the Tall, and a clever and mysterious boy named Egg. These two characters move slowly, from tournament to tournament, from town to town, as if the real journey were not geographical but moral, and they are responsible for creating a unique story.

Community: Hive Collectors
As soon as I saw the eagerly awaited announcement of the #HiveCollectors monthly theme in early February, which mipiano introduced for us in her post, I knew I would participate, but I thought that my collection, unlike the stories of other Hives, would probably be a little more "sterile" and cold...

Community: Hive Argentina 🇦🇷
Its facade is largely composed of pilasters that project outwards, giving it a special touch that makes it worthy of praise and admiration from all who visit. At its dome is, of course, the bell tower, whose six bells accompany the clock, which is curiously composed of four faces. Thus, they announce the hour to the town, and with the appropriate peals, they also serve as invitations to special church services.

The landscapes are paradisiacal, worthy of being captured in images to contemplate such beauty permanently. The crystal clear waters invite not only enjoyment but also admiration for the natural wonders that are displayed before the senses. As a resident of Cumaná, I have the privilege of going to some local beaches with relative ease. I can even walk there and enjoy myself without much planning or preparation.

Community: Foodies Bee Hive
Back again, friends of the Foodies Bee Hive community. My new recipe is for a very common dessert at birthday parties, especially children's parties; we always serve it with cake and flan; it's practically a tradition. Even if there isn't a big party, these three desserts are always present at a small family gathering. That's why I'm sharing one of them with you: gelatin.
This concludes this batch's curation report. We would like to congratulate those who are featured and supported. Keep up the good work and continue to explore Hive Communities.
