Hello Foodies,
Oh so its already a weekend and we entered into the last day. I wish this week went according to my set plans but unfortunately its not happened as per my wish due to certain domestic reasons but no harsh feelings because I understand what is more important than wishes. I'm a practical person so I don't take such things on my heart. So no heavy heart and no harsh feelings regarding what's going on in my life.
I'm going to share an amazing dessert recipe that is known as Peach Cobbler. See the first picture which looks so appealing. I used a large spoon to take out one piece for me which was way more than per serving because no one likes to eat much sweet in one serving.
Peach Cobbler
Peach Cobbler is a sweet baking dish which is typically served warm with 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream per serving. It tastes heavenly delicious. You should try it out if you love sweet items. Its a bit extra sweet but worth trying. Though you can adjust the sweetness as per your tastebuds.
Let's get started with recipe:
⚡️ Ingredients:
| Name | Quantity | |
|---|---|---|
| Ripped Peaches | 6-7 PC | |
| White Sugar | 1/4 cup | |
| Brown Sugar | 1/4 cup | |
| Fresh Milk | 3/4 cup | |
| All-purpose flour | 1 cup | |
| White Sugar | 1/2 cup | |
| Baking Powder | 2tsp | |
| Salt | 1/4 tsp | |
| Cinnamon Powder | 1/2tsp | |
| Butter | 6-8tbsp |
💫 Method:
First off, peel off the peaches and cut into slices (you can use any other stone fruit too)
Add 1/4 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar to the peaches and cook on medium flame until sugar dissolves
Now prepare a batter, for this, add all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder and mix well
Add milk to the dry mixture and make a smooth batter and set aside
Take a baking dish, add butter and let it melt in the oven at 180 °C and take out the dish
Add batter into the same dish. Don’t mix it
Add peach mixture with syrup now and set with spatula evenly
Now it’s ready to go in the preheated oven for good 30-40 minutes or until the outer layer turns into golden brown colour
Serve it warm with vanilla ice cream on top of it
