Una de las cosas que más causa cierta tristeza y a la vez decepción en nuestro interior, es cuando una persona que es importante para nosotros nos trata con total indiferencia, como si estuviésemos pintadas en la pared, donde hace caso omiso a nuestras emociones y nuestras preocupaciones. Son personas que se centran tanto en si mismas que piensan que el mundo solo gira a su alrededor, anulando a las personas que ha estado a su lado, incluso en los momentos más difíciles en muchos casos. Algunos lo hacen de forma intencional , quizá porque se les acabó el amor y otros quizá lo hacen de forma inconsciente, pero al final la sensación de desencanto es la misma. En ambos casos creo que lo más sano es la comunicación. Por ejemplo si ya no amas a tu pareja , si ya no quieres estar con ella lo más sano es ser sincero y conversarlo. Nadie está obligado a estar atado a quien no ama, pero el látigo de la indiferencia es peor, es como un castigo sin merecerlo. Por el otro lado están las personas que supuestamente no lo hacen de forma intencional , en este caso la persona que se siente excluida debe expresar lo que siente y como le afecta esa actitud a nivel emocional. >It is painful, disappointing and even outrageous when you live with someone who is your partner and acts in such a way that makes you invisible. De igual manera debemos estar preparados y fortalecidos a nivel mental, emocional y espiritual para que las cosas que no dependen de nosotros mismos no nos afecten hasta el punto de sucumbir ante un estado depresivo. Se fuerte y valiente. Suelta y deja fluir que todo lo que sucede te dejé una lección y un aprendizaje. Todos los días saldrá el sol.
