Diving into this kind of world a few years ago always thrilled me to resurface knowledge from different aspects of Web 3. Starting from Learning crypto blogging, NFT'S, Crypto Coins, and MFT'S. I know in my self I only have an atom size of knowledge about Web 3 for now. That's why when theirs an opportunity of learning, I always take it and make myself a student to learn more about Web 3. The event is located in the 3rd-floor event area of the Mall and it will start at 5:00 pm. I came up 30 minutes before the call time to secure the chair and from the outside, you will see a lot of enthusiastic people eager to learn about Web 3. To enter the event, you need to line up first in the registration area and scanned your ticket for the Event. The ticket only cost you 3 dollars. A few minutes I saw @ybanezkim26 and @glecerioberto at the back and later some of the Teacher Bloggers of Cebu North (*@jobeliver,@selflessgem,@dehai,@ciadanmea, and @hapyoung*) arrived at the venue and lastly the queen @indayclara arrive. We planned to attend this event in the mids of June not only to learn more about Web 3 but also to support **Hive Blockchain**. It's my first time to meet maam @selflessgem and @hapyoung and I'm grateful to meet them personally. _{*By the way theirs a food carts at the back you can take snacks just in case you are hungry*} After the gang arrived, we start visiting the booths since we have 20 minutes before the event officially start. In the booths, each platform discusses what they can offer in the market and they show us some insights about it. They also give some merchants after the discussion. In the booth of **Hive** we met the @dbuzz team led by @nathansenn co-founder of @dbuzz, also @kenny.rogers,@pjentrepreneur, @rondavid, @tonyrebamonteph was at the event. They are all approachable and easy to be with. It started with playing the national anthem of the Philippines and an opening message from DICT director Ms. Emmy Lou Delfin. She emphasizes the adoption of Web 3 in the Philippines in the future. Followed by a special message from Congressman Edu Rmaa Representative and DICT Cebu Engr. It starts by educating the audience on what is Web 3. **Web 3 101** is discussed smoothly by Aaron Lay a **Bitskwela** core member. He discusses it phase by phase so everyone can differentiate Web 3 from other Web 2 social media platforms we used nowadays. Then followed by @iamraine a co-founder of [Sphera Solutions](https://www.facebook.com/spherasolutionss). She shares what are the scene of Web 3 in Cebu. Followed by Jeffrey Saenz of **Bidget** who share more information about the exchange platform. Next is Mr. CryptoPareh from **Tekkon**. He talks about the adoption of **Tekkon** in the Philippines. It gives me a lot of takeaways to answer ***Why should we in the Philippines embrace the world of Web 3"*** and **What is its effect if we adopt it on our daily bases?**. The Debate was the last part of the event after the energetic moderator closed it. We take a chance to have some pictures with other Hivers, Debators, and Web 3 enthusiasts for our Souvenirs.
