After we came out from the hospital one week ago, I baked sourdough bread for the first time. Now it's in full power! I baked it in the morning but I missed the chance to take a photo of the whole bread ... my family started eating it for lunch ๐
We had it with soup for dinner. I am really satisfied with the result except for I forgot to make a cut line on top before I started baking it in the oven ... I was in a hurry as I found the dough was almost flooding from the proofing basket in the fridge in the morning ...
Here is the photo from the first attempt. You can see the difference between this and the one above. I don't know why but I notice the starter gets more and more mature time by time and makes better bread.
