As I told you previously in my First Visit, Second Visit, Third Visit, Fourth Visit, Fifth Visit, Sixth Visit, Seventh Visit and Eigth Visit, this is probably my favorite restaurant in Alicante city, both because its price/quality ratio and its good fusion Asian-Mediterranean cuisine, so you will keep on seeing more of this restaurant during a while.
On this occasion, as I appreciate the owners, I brought them a foodie gift I'll show you at the end of the article.
They currently have a ⭐4.7 rating on Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐5.

- Fried torrezno (bacon rasher) "sashimi" with dry sisho leaf and wasabi & avocado drops (€13.50, out of menu) (1).

- Confit in oil cod flakes on omelette covered on pilpil sauce and black olives topping (€20.50, out of menu) (1).

- I brought a present to the restaurant owners: a Moscovitas red box by Rialto (fine marcona almond paste biscuits with milk chocolate coating; they're made "one by one" in a totally artisan way following the original recipe of the old confectioners masters of Rialto as well as the raw materials used are selected following the most demanding quality criteria) (€20/250gr.).
Overall evaluation of the restaurant: 8 points out of 10.
