- 500 gramos de atún, 1 ramita de cilantro, 1 ramita de celery, 1 cebolla, 2 ajíes dulces, 1 pimiento rojo, 1 cucharadita de sal, 1 cucharada de aceite, 1/2 taza de vinagre.
- 500 grams of tuna, 1 sprig of coriander, 1 sprig of celery, 1 onion, 2 sweet peppers, 1 red pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1/2 cup of vinegar.

- Colocar en una olla el atún con agua y sal y llevar al fuego por 30 minutos.
