¡Feliz sábado estimados amigos!. Hoy hice estas deliciosas "Galletas de Avena con Mantequilla de Maní"; para endulzarnos el día en familia, quedan muy sabrosas y son fáciles de hacer. La combinación de la avena y la mantequilla de maní las hace diferentes. Sigan mi receta y preparación. Espero les guste y las disfruten.
Happy Saturday dear friends! Today I made these delicious "Oatmeal Cookies with Peanut Butter"; to sweeten the day as a family, they are very tasty and easy to make. The combination of oatmeal and peanut butter makes them different. Follow my recipe and preparation. I hope you like it and enjoy it.

- 1/2 taza de avena, 1 taza de harina de trigo leudante, 1 huevo, 1/2 taza de azúcar, 1 cucharada de leche, 1 cucharada de mantequilla de maní, 1 cucharada de mantequilla, 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla, 1 cucharada de azúcar glas.
- 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup self-rising wheat flour, 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon milk , 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon of icing sugar.

- Cremar la mantequilla de maní y la mantequilla normal con la azúcar.
- Cream the peanut butter and regular butter with the sugar.
- Cuando la mezcla esté cremosa añadirle el huevo y mezclar.
- When the mixture is creamy add the egg and mix.
- Incorporamos la avena.
- Add the oats.
- Agregar la leche y la vainilla y mezclar.
- Add milk and vanilla and mix.
- Agregar la harina.
- Add the flour.
- La mezcla debe quedar suave.
- Mix should be smooth.
- Colocar cucharadas de mezcla encima de la bandeja engrasada.
- Spoon mixture onto the greased pan.
- Hornear por 15 min.
- Bake for 15 min.
- Hasta que doren.
- Until they brown.
- Las retiramos de la bandeja y colocamos en un plato.
- We remove them from the tray and place them on a plate.
