Preparé unos helados con mucho sabor y colorido para disfrutar en casa, una combinación de ingredientes que hacen de estos helados insuperables y que recomiendo hacer, a los niños les gusta mucho y son: "Helados de Cambur". - 4 cambures maduros, 1/2 taza de azúcar pulverizada, 2 claras de huevos, 1 cucharada de leche condensada, 1 cucharada de arequipe, 2 cucharada de lluvia de chocolate, 1 cucharada de lluvia de colores, 1/2 limón, paletas de madera, vasos plásticos.
- 4 ripe bananas, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2 egg whites, 1 tablespoon condensed milk, 1 tablespoon arequipe, 2 tablespoon of chocolate rain, 1 tablespoon of colored rain, 1/2 lemon, wooden palettes, plastic cups.

- Quitar la concha a los cambures.
- Remove the shell from bananas.
- Cortar los cambures en ruedas.

- Agregar las gotas de limón.
