¡Saludos amigos de #Hive!, iniciando una nueva semana aquí les traigo más ideas a la hora de cocina y comer. Las morcillas me encantan y en Venezuela tenemos la costumbre de comerlas a la parrilla, pero aquí les presento otra idea para que la coman de diferente forma y es en "Paté" para comer con galletas o pan, le agregué un huevo y crema de leche para darle más sabor. Lo recomiendo hacer. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.

I love blood sausages and in Venezuela we have the custom of eating them on the grill, but here I present another idea for you to eat them in a different way and it is in "Paté" to eat with cookies or bread, I added an egg and milk cream to give it more flavor. - 4 morcillas, 200 ml de crema de leche, 1 huevo, 1/2 taza de agua.
- 4 blood sausages, 200 ml of cream, 1 egg, 1/2 cup of water.

- En un sartén con 1/2 taza de agua colocamos las morcillas y cocinamos a fuego medio por 15 min.
- In a pan with 1/2 cup of water, place the black pudding and cook over medium heat for 15 min.
- Retiramos la piel, colocamos de nuevo al sartén y añadimos el huevo y mezclamos.
- Remove the skin, place it back in the pan and add the egg and mix.
- Añadimos la crema de leche.
- We add the cream.
- Mezclamos por 5 minutos para que se integren los sabores.
- Mix for 5 minutes so that the flavors are integrated.
- ¡Servimos el paté!, listo para untar.
