It's Monday so today we train chest. Didn't feel like waking up today but after 4 alarms I finally did. Had work the night before until midnight and I had to work again in the morning. But luckily as soon as I got to the gym some for of natural motivation hit my body and I was ready to crush the session. Overall good training, didn't stay that tired to a point it affected the rest of my day which is good for me. Hope everyone else's had a good start to the week 💪🙏
