Triathlon cross for the kids only since I haven't got a mountain bike for myself (and already borrowed the bikes for the kids).
Waking up at 5 a.m. to load the bikes, drive up to the other side of the island and have the kids checking in the bikes at 8 a.m.
I learned from my mistake from a few weeks ago (waiting and in the end no swimming) to swim a quick 250m to measure the laps before they started and did another 500m when the adults were
After dinner resting after eating I've been taking my own bike and went for a 35km alone. Just day lol
