Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), El día de hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes una rutina enfocada a un movimiento que para muchos es muy exigente o confuso, hasta para mí, pero hago el intento de hacerlo de la mejor manera, hablo de Impossible Dip, una de las variantes de fondos más exigentes, que para aquellas personas que empiezan a practicar este elemento su nombre no esta muy alejado de lo que es. La técnica estricta de este elemento consiste en realizar un fondo con el cuerpo inclinado hacia atrás, los hombros más atrás de los codos y la cadera a la altura de las manos. La idea es subirlo sin ningún tipo de impulso, balanceo o inercia, al principio se puede validar un poco cuando se estén consiguiendo los primeros intentos para entender el movimiento, pero ya después toca corregir. Cómo mencioné antes, el Impossible Dip es un movimiento bastante avanzado, pero poco a poco puede irse trabajando. Esta rutina pueden realizarla 1 o 2 veces a la semana, dependiendo de cómo esté organizado su plan de entrenamiento, y respecto a los descansos, al ser ejercicios que al principio son bastante exigentes, 2 o 3 minutos es más que válido. Hi friends of Street Workout Community (SWC), Today I come to share with you a routine focused on a movement that for many is very demanding or confusing, even for me, but I try to do it the best way, I speak of Impossible Dip, one of the most demanding variants of funds, that for those who begin to practice this element its name is not far from what it is. The strict technique of this element consists of performing a dip with the body leaning backwards, the shoulders behind the elbows and the hips at the height of the hands. The idea is to raise it without any momentum, swing or inertia, at first you can validate a little when you are getting the first attempts to understand the movement, but then it's time to correct. As I mentioned before, the Impossible Dip is a quite advanced movement, but little by little you can work on it. This routine can be performed 1 or 2 times a week, depending on how your training plan is organized, and regarding the breaks, being exercises that are quite demanding at first, 2 or 3 minutes is more than valid.
