🍫 **Ingredients:** 330 g sugar. 250 g unsalted margarine. 370 ml milk. 2 eggs. 375 g all-purpose flour. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp baking soda. 35 g cocoa powder. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 10 g red food. coloring 15 ml vinegar. >🍫 **Ingredientes:** >330 grms azucar. 250 grms margarina sin sal. 370 ml de leche. 2 huevos. 375 grms harina de trigo. 1 cucharadita de Polvo royal. 1 cucharadita de Bicarbonato. 35 grms de Cacao. 1 cucharadita de Esencia de vainilla. 10 grms de colorante vegetal rojo. 15 ml de vinagre.

🍫 **Preparation:** I'll start by creaming the margarine and sugar together. Then, add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition to ensure they are fully incorporated. Add the vanilla extract and the drops of red food coloring. While mixing the milk and vinegar together and letting it sit for a bit, mix the flour with the cocoa powder and baking powder. Sift this mixture to remove any impurities. Once the milk and vinegar mixture is ready, add the baking soda; this will help thicken the milk. Next, gradually incorporate some of the sifted flour and some of the milk mixture. Use a spatula or hand mixer to avoid deflating the batter. Prepare a cake pan and pour in the batter. Bake in the oven. Thank you. As often happens, the idea for this cake was to make a red velvet cake, but I couldn't get the red cocoa powder in time and used dark cocoa powder instead. The same thing happened with the food coloring; it wasn't the right red, but a color that was more pink than red. However, I finished it anyway. I'll have to make it the way I want it another time. Best regards. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🫂 >🍫 **Preparacion:** >Comenzaré cremando la margarina con el azúcar, a continuación agregamos los huevos uno a uno batiendo bien cada huevo para que se integren bien, también agregamos la cura de vainilla y las gotas de colorante te rojo. >Mientras mezclamos la leche con el vinagre y lo dejamos reposar un poco, también mezclamos la harina con el cacao y el polvo royal, tamizamos para evitar todas sus impurezas, al tener la leche con vinagre le agregamos el bicarbonato esto va a permitir que la leche tome mayor espesor. >Proseguimos integrando parte de la harina tamizada y parte de la leche, este paso lo hacemos con una espátula o molino de mano para que no pierda el aire que ha obtenido, preparamos un molde para torta y colocamos la mezcla para llevarla al horno. >Gracias, como en muchos casos suele suceder la idea de este bizcocho era rojo para una torta redvelvet más no pude obtener el cacao rojo a tiempo y use cacao oscuro, igual me pasó con el colorante no fue el rojo indicado sino otro color que era más rosa que rojo, pero sin embargo la termine así, será en otro momento que me quede como yo deseo, muy agradecida por su atención, saludos. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🫂
