At the beginning of each year, I set many goals for my future. Many of them are immediate, while others take a little more time, but the important thing is to achieve the goal. Although sometimes some of them fall by the wayside or lose importance, that's why I set goals that help me move forward and enjoy life. One of the things I have decided to let go of in order to have a better year is friendships that do not contribute anything positive to my future, those that have shown me this past year that they are not the best, because every day I learned things I never thought I would, and we also see attitudes that are not the best, so it is better to let go. Of course, it's not about ending the friendship, just distancing myself, as this could affect the future I have planned for 2026. Another thing I will let go of to have a better year is worries, which, although they may seem harmless, are very demanding on life to the point of making you sick. That's why I've decided to let go of that a little, as it affects my body and my life. I've also decided to put aside small debts. There's nothing better than living life for what we'll get in the future. I have noticed progress, even though we are just starting the year, but I feel that if I continue at this pace, things will improve for the better, and that is what I want. One of the things I admire most about myself is that I don't let anything stop me and I live my life at my own pace. I don't care what people say or how I do things. For me, that's the least important thing. I only care about the opinion of my closest family members and nothing else. Thank God I can live my life and do what I want. I have felt and seen improvement, especially in terms of friendships. Not everyone who smiles at you is your friend and wants the best for you. We are learning to see beyond our own noses.

``` Siempre en cada entrada de año me propongo muchas cosas para mi futuro, muchas de ellas son inmediata, mientras que otras me toman un poco más de tiempo, pero lo importante es cumplir la meta, aunque a veces algunas de ellas quedan en el camino o pierden importancia, es por eso que me propongo cosas que me ayuden a avanzar y disfrutar la vida. Una de las cosas que decidido dejar ir para tener un año mejor es la amistades que no me aportan nada bueno a mi futuro, aquellas que me dieron a demostrar en este año que paso que no son lo mejor, porque cada día me entere de cosas que jamas pensé, además vemos aptitudes que no son las mejores entonces es mejor dejar ir, claro está que no es dejar la amistad, solo tomar distancia, ya que esto puede afectar el futuro que tengo planeado para este 2026, también una de las cosas que dejaré para tener un año mejor es las preocupaciones, que aunque se vena inofensivas son de mucha demanda para la vida hasta el limite de poder enfermar, es por eso que he decidido dejar un poco eso ya que afecta mi cuerpo y mi vida, las pequeñas deudas también he decidido dejar a un lado, nada mejor que vivir la vida de lo que obtenemos a futuro. Si he notado ganancia, y eso que apenas estamos comenzando el año, pero siento que si sigo a este ritmo las cosas van a mejorar para bien y eso es la intención de lo que quiero. Una de las cosas que más admiro de mi persona, es que no me dejo de nada y vivo mi vida a mi ritmo, no me importa el que dirán ni cómo lo hago, para mi eso es lo menos solo me importa la opinión de mis familiares más cercanos y más nada, gracias a Dios sigo mi vida y lo que quiero. He sentido y he visto mejoría, más que todo en la función de amistades, no todo el que te sonríe es tu amigo y quiero el bien para ti, estamos aprendiendo a ver más allá de nuestras narices. ```

2️⃣ We all have favorite foods, but not everyone enjoys cooking them. What’s that one meal you love to prepare? Share the dish, your experience, and highlight one power ingredient that makes it special. Recipes are welcome! One of my favorite dishes is pasticho, and I love making it, but I feel like the process is too long and sometimes I don't make it. However, I feel like it's my favorite food to enjoy with family, friends, or even by myself. For me, this dish is one of the simplest, but it takes a long time to make. To prepare pasticho, you need to prepare ground beef with plenty of tomato paste, make béchamel sauce, have cheese and ham, and then the pasticho templates, which are easy to find. Once everything is ready, you have to start assembling it in order: first the béchamel sauce, then the pasticho sheets, the meat, and the béchamel sauce, then the cheese and ham until you have assembled your pasticho. Finally, you add cheese on top to brown it in the oven, which gives it the softness and moisture we want. You can serve it with bread and your favorite drink. See you soon, a hug.

``` 2️⃣ Todos tenemos comidas favoritas, pero no a todos les gusta cocinarlas. ¿Cuál es esa comida que te encanta preparar? Comparte el plato, tu experiencia, y resalte un ingrediente poderoso que lo haga especial. ¡Las recetas son bienvenidas! Uno de mis platos favoritos es el plástico, y amo preparar esto, pero siento que es muy largo el proceso y a veces no lo hago, pero siento que es ni comida preferida para disfrutar en familia con amigos o simplemente tu misma, para mi este plato es uno de los más sencillos, pero es largo hacerlo. Para preparar el pasticho se debe preparar carne molida con bastante pasta de tomate, se debe hacer crema bechamel,se debe tener queso y jamón, luego las plantillas de pasticho que son de fácil acceso. Después de tener todo preparado se debe empezar armar en un orden, primero bechamel, plantillas, carne y bechamel, luego queso y jamón hasta lograr armar nuestro pasticho, al final le ponemos queso para poder gratinar, esto se lleva al horno para darle la suavidad y humedad que queremos, se puede acompañar con pan y la bebida de tu preferencia.
