Intentando curar mi corazón, sanó mi alma

Un gran y afectuoso saludos para todos en Hive y en especial a #Empowertalent que todas las semanas de cada martes nos abre su puerta para compartir un poquito de nosotros en su [Discord](https://discord.gg/fJ5ZXy9) # Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia que tuve hace ya muchos años cuando atravesaba por una situación donde mi corazón estaba un poco fracturado. # Esta historia está llena de subjetivismos y opiniones personales no pretende ser una guía, ni mucho menos doy pasos a seguir para resolver alguna situación similar, porque recuerden que todos vivimos nuestras experiencias desde nuestro propio y particular mundo. # En aquella ocasión, donde me sentía abrumada por muchos sentimientos y sobretodo por sentimientos de desamor, luchando con una relación que por más que quería no lograba finiquitar, me di a la tarea de recurrir a varios recursos y uno de ellos era la lectura, siempre he tenido amor por degustar las palabras y las historias; sin embargo, buscaba un tipo de lectura que sirviera para encontrar una solución o un porqué a lo que en ese momento vivía, y fue así como encontré un libro que para mí me sirvió de mucho. # No sabría decirles cómo llegó ese libro a mí solo sé que un día caminando por mi ciudad entré a una librería y lo compré, quisiera recordar si alguien me lo recomendó o fue alguna publicidad que vi; sin embargo, estoy segura que no fue por su título, porque a decir verdad nunca me gustó: ***"Mujeres Malqueridas"*** de la escritora y psicóloga venezolana, radicada en Madrid Mariela Michelena. # A pesar de que el título no era de mi agrado, ha sido uno de los libros que más me ha gustado y que a nivel personal me ayudó mucho a entender tantas cosas que eran tan evidentes y sin embargo no las veía. # Una de las cosas más particulares fue que la escritora al inicio del libro decía que sí creíamos que la lectura del libro nos iba a dar recetas infalibles de cómo resolver nuestra situación estábamos bien equivocados, que allí solo nos íbamos a encontrar con una guía y con experiencias de muchos de sus pacientes donde ella a pesar de ser la experta aprendía cada día más y que si nosotros queríamos modificar nuestra situación y avanzar hacia un estado más pleno y satisfactorio, sólo y exclusivamente estaba en nuestras manos porque al fin de cuentas eres tú cómo decides vivir tu vida. # En lo personal aprendí de la lectura muchas cosas, no obstante, fueron dos situaciones que me marcaron: 1. Que era yo y solamente yo la que desempeñaba el rol principal en la situación por la cual estaba atravesando y que una vez me diera cuenta del papel que desempeñaba yo misma en mi propia historia podría avanzar. No había terceros, tenía que asumir que yo era responsable de lo que ocurriera o dejara de ocurrir a mi alrededor. Era yo la que aceptaba estar en una relación que no tenía futuro y era yo la que decidía ponerle fin, es allí cuando me di cuenta que o decidía quedarme y vivir mi vida inconforme pero acompañada (por el qué dirán) o liberarme y sentir paz. # 2.Lo más importante y valioso que aprendí y por eso digo en mi título : *"Intentando curar mi corazón, sané mi alma,"* fue el hecho de leer algo tan evidente ahora y que muchas veces decimos y no lo asimilamos o por lo menos en mi caso no lo había comprendido bien, que a veces sufrimos esperando de otros cosas que tal vez no pueden darnos, simplemente porque no son capaces de darlo y ya, y que una vez aprendamos eso seremos capaces de vivir más en armonía con nosotros mismos y con los demás. I only know that one day walking through my city I entered a bookstore and bought it. I would like to remember if someone recommended it to me or if it was an advertisement I saw; However, I am sure that it was not because of its title, because to tell the truth I never liked it: ***"Mujeres Malqueridas"*** by the Venezuelan writer and psychologist, based in Madrid, Mariela Michelena. # Even though I didn't like the title, it was one of the books that I liked the most and that on a personal level helped me a lot to understand so many things that were so obvious and yet I didn't see them. # One of the most particular things was that the writer at the beginning of the book said that if we believed that reading the book was going to give us infallible recipes on how to solve our situation, we were very wrong, that there we were only going to find a guide and a experiences of many of her patients where, despite being the expert, she learned more every day and that if we wanted to modify our situation and move towards a more complete and satisfactory state, it was only and exclusively in our hands because at the end of the day it is you. how you decide to live your life. # Personally, I learned many things from reading, however, there were two situations that marked me: 1. That it was me and only I who played the main role in the situation I was going through and that once I realized the role I played in my own story I could move forward. There were no third parties, I had to assume that I was responsible for what happened or did not happen around me. I was the one who accepted being in a relationship that had no future and I was the one who decided to end it, that's when I realized that either I decided to stay and live my life dissatisfied but accompanied (by what they will say) or free myself and feel peace . # 2.The most important and valuable thing I learned and that is why I say in my title: *"Trying to heal my heart, I healed my soul,"* was the fact of reading something so obvious now and that we often say and do not assimilate it or at least in my case I had not understood it well, that sometimes we suffer waiting for others things that perhaps they cannot give us, simply because they are not capable of giving it and that's it, and once we learn that we will be able to live more in harmony with ourselves and with others.
