Hola a todos. No me gusta comenzar mis publicaciones con las cosas negativas, pero esta semana comenzó justo así para mí. Les cuento brevemente.
El día lunes a las 6 de la mañana, apenas levantándome fui a mover unas cosas aquí en la casa y me he dado un gran batacazo y, a raíz de eso, estuve con tortícolis toda la semana. De hecho, todavía siento un poco de malestar al girar el cuello, por lo que decidí esperar un poco para salir a correr esta semana. Y ese momento fue hoy.
Salí con la intención de probar cómo estaba mi cuerpo y, aunque mentalmente estaba a tope, capaz de correr 20 km, físicamente estaba muy disminuido. Logré completar 5 km a un ritmo de 6:11 pero hubo momentos en los que el dolor empezó a crecer por lo que tuve que bajar la velocidad.
Espero estar en mejores condiciones para la próxima semana y poder recorrer las distancias acostumbradas.
No quiero dejar pasar la oportunidad de felicitar y animar a mis 9 compañeros de #hiverun que estarán mañana participando en la Caracas Rock 2025.

Hello, everyone. I don't like to start my posts with negative things, but this week started just like that for me. I'll tell you briefly.
On Monday at 6 a.m., as soon as I got up, I went to move some things around here at home and took a big fall, and as a result, I had a stiff neck all week. In fact, I still feel a little discomfort when I turn my neck, so I decided to wait a bit before going running this week. And that moment was today.
I went out with the intention of testing how my body was doing, and although mentally I was ready to go, capable of running 20 km, physically I was very limited. I managed to complete 5 km at a pace of 6:11, but there were moments when the pain started to increase, so I had to slow down.
I hope to be in better shape next week and be able to cover the usual distances.
I don't want to miss the opportunity to congratulate and encourage my nine #hiverun teammates who will be participating in Caracas Rock 2025 tomorrow.
