Now, some of us stayed at home for too long, some of us are unemployed, and we stuck, and because of the unfortunate event in the last 2 years, Employers offers Work-from-home, Food are now easily ordered online. Since things have been made too easy for our lives, these things can promotes unhealthy habits that our Physical body will pay the price.
But at this point we're way pass the lockdown and pandemic, at this point it time to move forward, and we should start getting back to shape! Why? Becaussseeee, Health is Wealth! Regardless if you go to the gym, or do the same sport you used to do, as long as you get to have a Physical exercise, that is the most important thing!

DO IT! JUST DO IT!
Do it now, not later, not tomorrow, not next week. DO IT NOW! Especially when you just had a thought of it, especially when you're feeling lazy. Just do it.
Do it now, because most of the time, Later means Never.
But this post isn't all about that, today I want to talk about the (3) Three Body types that people might be missing out. You probably works out all the time but you do not gain muscles, or you're trying to lose weight, but cannot. Whatever the goal is, this is something anyone should consider looking into, and understand, so you can find a more suitable solution to your workout plans!
Understanding your Physic.
First of all, My goal is to Inspire and share my knowledge about the subject and I do not intend to offend anyone or shame anyone, and if any body find this offensive, I apologize in advance, but this is Reality. But trust me, once you accept the inevitable, the science of it, and understand it. You would then know what to do, how to do, and how to achieve you desire Physique!

👉 The Concept of body types 👈
In 1940, William H. Sheldon, PhD, MD, Introduce the concept of body types, also known as Somatotypes, Determining the body types helped, Doctors, Fitness Instructor, and Nutritionist, to assess and conduct specific goals or training for their patients or clients.
What is Somatotypes?
Somatotypes are 3 types human body types in which, part of our growth, was molded from our lifestyle, the food we eat at our younger age and our diet now, plus considering our inherited body type based on skeletal frame and body mass and density. Each individual are unique and sometimes have the combinations of the three. This is not a judgement, but our genetical characteristic and is unchangeable, but definitely this is WORKABLE!

What are the body types?

Ectomorph
- They are usualy long and lean, with little body fat, and little muscle.
- They have a hard time gaining weight. Fashion models and basketball players fit this category.
- While most of us love to hate these genetically-blessed individuals
- some male ectomorphs may not be thrilled with their narrow-chested frames, and some female ectomorphs long for more womanly curves.
- More narrow shoulders and hips in respect to height.
- Relatively smaller muscles in respect to bone length.
- Naturally fast metabolism makes it difficult for many to gain mass.
- Potentially indicative of disordered eating (e.g., anorexia, bulimia) when BMI is ≤17
Mesomorph
- Have lots of body fat, lots of muscle, and gain weight easily.
- They don't have to necessarily be overweight.
- Medium bone structure with shoulders wider than the hips.
- Developed athletic musculature.
- Efficient metabolism; mass gain and loss both happen with relative ease.
Endomorph
- These the "Natural" athletic, solid, and strong.
- They're not overweight/not underweight and they can eat what they want without
- They both gain and lose weight without exerting too much effort.
- Stockier bone structures with larger midsection and hips.
- Carries more fat throughout the body.
- Gains fat fast and loses it slow.
- Naturally slow metabolism; potentially due to chronic conditions (e.g., thyroid deficiency, diabetes) but too frequently the result of a sedentary lifestyle and chronically-positive daily energy balance.

How to improve your Health and Body Composition?
Now that you have identify your body types, you now can determine a specific workout plan and diet plan based on your body composition.
Take note: The human body is highly adaptable and always seeks homeostasis (i.e., equilibrium) within its environment, but it takes Time, Effort, and Consistency, and it sometimes can take a while to break old patterns that the body has gotten used to, sometimes a person can see the changes over others, but thats okay! Just be consistent and only think of your own goal.

- Identify your body type Body type
- Seek and ask for possible medical condition that may affect your exercise or diet.
- Ask for help with exercise routine based on your specific body type.
- Schedule your exercise and make it a habit just like how you brush your teeth everyday.
- Create a Diet plan specifically for your body type.
- Make a weekly/monthly record of your body index to check on your progress. Be Patient, A planted seed today would be a tree tomorrow.
- Remember, aside from creating a Physicality, you should also create exercise for your Mind and Soul.
- Drink a lot of water, like A lot, A lot.
- Forget about soda drinks, and any excessive SUGAR! I would consider it as Poison.
- Pay it forward. Once you have achieved your own goal, share your experience to others that it may help them too.
If you love your self, you should consider this.
Again, I never intend to body shame anyone, but rather want to inspire others, I also do not judge, but do not condone either, unhealthy lifestyle, everyone must understand being overweight can lead to different type of sickness that no body would ever want. Too much of everything is bad, just like our sugar intake, fast food, sodas, alcohol or liquor we eat and drink isn't good at all, always get a complete hours of sleep or at least try to, Drink a lot of water.

More than vanity, think of your health first, be consistent, own it, having a desirable physics is just a plus. And I hope you can soon achieve your own personal goals!
