Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !

---- Está vez tengo una buena noticia, por fin llegó el día de quitarme la ferula inmovilizadora, asi que justo al despertar me cepille, lavé la cara y me empecé a quitar de una vez la ferula, la mano me quedó bastante inmovil y tiesa pero ya me imaginaba que eso pasaria, al quitarmela hice algunos ejercicios de la rehabilitación e hice mi día normal como siempre, al llegar la tarde, sali un rato en mi bici y de ahi me fui junto a xander para casa de Luis, ya que era la despedida de uno de los muchachos que se va del país, aqui a que luis echamos bastante broma y entrené a xander, dylan y yan, xander enfocandose en recuperar el 540 el cual lo logró luego de muchos intentos y los muchachos se centraron en hacer ua rutina de empuje. Al terminar el entreno volví a casa en donde aproveché para hacer movilidad de todo el cuerpo aprovechando que la mano ya la tengo libre, luego comí algo productivo y termine las tareas diarias que me faltaban, un muy buen día !

This time I have good news: the day finally came to remove my immobilizing splint, so as soon as I woke up, I brushed my teeth, washed my face, and began to remove the splint. My hand was quite immobile and stiff, but I already imagined that would happen. After removing it, I did some rehabilitation exercises and went about my day as usual. In the afternoon, I went out for a while on my bike and then went with Xander to Luis's house, as it was a farewell party for one of the guys who is leaving the country. Here, Luis and I joked around a lot, and I trained Xander, Dylan, and Yan. Xander focused on recovering the 540, which he achieved after many attempts, and the guys focused on doing a push routine. When the training session was over, I went home, where I took the opportunity to do some full-body mobility exercises, taking advantage of the fact that my hand is now free. Then I ate something healthy and finished the daily tasks I had left to do. It was a very good day!
