Another day, another cookie. Well I said I had some more to tell you about and low and behold, another one.

These cookies were unexpectedly good. They reminded me of a granola slice wish is weird because there is no fruit or granola substance in these coolies at all. It was just the taste that reminded me of it. They tasted home baked too which I really like. The cookies were a good thickness and they had that chewiness to them. I loved the salted caramel pieces. Especially as it's so hot and the caramel just melts. Really nice. Sweet and savoury flavour all wrapped up in a delicious cookie.
Definitely a go to cookie for me. I was hoping to get some in this weekend and my husband went to the shops but didn't look for them because I wanted donuts. I did ask for cookies too because I wanted to have them tomorrow. I do like to stuff myself on sweet as I don't have sweet treats in the week now because of my fitness schedule. I highly recommend these cookies. Just a nice change from the bog standard chocolate chip ones.
