I feel great today 4TH DAY IN A ROW!!! Woooooo and we are going for the fifth... It have been a really busy week on work but I figured it out how to do my workout as well... today at the end of my workout I did a hiit in the elliptical for the first time...

I have to say that is alright due I started in the first level because I didn’t know how the intensity it was going to be hahahahaha ha anyways...
Also I saw the movie the photograph and l have to say that I don’t recommend it at all, I fell sleep a few times only by seconds but is too slow...
