Este ejercicio es bastante sencillo pero nos permite trabajar la zona abdominal si mantenemos presión constantemente el abdomen, es decir contraemos el abdomen lo más que podamos mientras terminamos de ejecutarlo las respectivas series.

Este ejercicio en lo personal me encanta porque trabajas bastante el cuádriceps con el peso de nuestro cuerpo, como se observa nuestros brazos nos ayudan de soporte mientras que llevamos todo el peso hacia nuestras piernas, subimos con una inclinación y derechos para evitar lesiones, y bajamos lentamente. Parte de la técnica es saber cuando tenemos que aguantar y soltar el aire, en todo ejercicio es indispensable ya que nos previene de alguna lesión por ejecutar mal los movimientos.

Este ejercicio consiste en posicionarse y hacer el soporte con nuestros brazos y abrir y cerrar nuestras piernas contrayendo nuestro abdomen, inhalar y apretar cuando abrimos y exhalar cuando cerramos o juntamos nuestras piernas. Es muy bueno para nuestra parte baja del abdomen.

• Como normalmente les digo, es muy importante siempre calentar tu cuerpo antes de realizar alguna actividad física, lo ideal es realizar un pequeño calentamiento de un aproximado de 10min, esto te ayudará a evitar algún tipo de lesión o calambre.

• El tiempo o cantidad de repeticiones es a tu preferencia y a tu nivel de entrenamiento, así como también la distribución de cada uno de los ejercicios, yo en lo personal voy aumentando peso (de ser el caso) y series por semana o semana y media , así que si estás pensando en comenzar a hacer ejercicios ve con cuidado y con ganas que sí ¡se puede😉💪!.
