[ESP/ENGL] Cinco sabios refranes venezolanos (Número 41) // Five wise Venezuelan sayings (Number 41)

ESPAÑOL

1) “Estoy como chivo sin mecate.”

Este primer refrán lo compartió la usuaria Hive account@aguamiel, una persona que se expresa con gran amabilidad en sus posts, y quien hace unas recetas veganas para chuparse los dedos, que además son muy sencillas y prácticas de elaborar; de veras les recomiendo que visiten su blog, ya que las ideas que encontrarán allí son geniales para variar el menú diario y comer de manera más sana y compasiva con Madre Tierra. Respecto a este refrán, el mismo puede aplicarse a situaciones en las cuales las personas están sin control o límite alguno, como cuando un animal no tiene amarre, es decir, andan desbocados, jajajaja. Ella comentaba, que lo decía una amiga cuando salían en grupo para comer o beber, entonces esa amiga, andaba despreocupada y feliz. Muy ocurrente este refrán.

2) “Cochino guatanero ni que le quemen la trompa.”

Este singular refrán lo aportó Hive account@belkyscabrera quien hace unas estupendas y sencillas recetas de cocina, tanto veganas como no veganas; les recomiendo que cuando se queden cortos de ideas para el menú diario, revisen su blog, allí conseguirán inspiración. Este refrán lo usa con mucha frecuencia su abuela, quien creo es una señora muy sabia; y este en particular lo utiliza cuando alguien tiene una conducta poco aceptable, como es el caso de que se niegue a cumplir con sus deberes, o también cuando alguien tiene hábitos poco saludables. Ella dejó en los comentarios otro refrán que lo compartiré en la entrega 42.

3) “El que quiera saber lo que es bueno, que tenga muchacho.”

Este dicho lo compartió Hive account@yessi08, quien al igual que Hive account@aguamiel y Hive account@belkyscabrera, hace una recetas deliciosas de todo tipo, veganas o no, unos batidos estupendos y una comida muy buena que podemos elaborar sin estrés, fluidamente y en armonía, ya que sus posts están muy bien elaborados y explica todo el proceso de la receta con gran detalle; les recomiendo también visiten su blog para que enriquezcan su acervo gastronómico. Este refrán era dicho frecuentemente por su abuela, quien también creo era una señora con gran sabiduría. Con él trataba de expresar que la labor de ser padres es la más difícil de la vida y que no existe punto de comparación entre cualquier trabajo y el ser padres. Ciertamente, a los humanos no nos dan un manual de instrucciones para desempeñar la tarea más importante de nuestras vidas, y por lo general no estamos preparados al 100%.

4) “Siempre buscando el pelo en la sopa.”

Hay alguien muy particular en Hive, pues siempre nos transmite alegría y resalta el valor de la risa como componente fundamental de la vida, y esa persona es Hive account@lisfabian quien promueve con regularidad iniciativas vinculadas precisamente a esto, a la alegría y a la risa; así que les recomiendo vayan a su blog y vean las hermosas e interesantes publicaciones que hace. Ella nos compartió este estupendo refrán, el cual pues es MUY aplicable en el mundo real y en el virtual también, y describe perfectamente a ciertos personajes, que andan esculcando la vida de los demás, buscando lo malo que creen o desean que exista, para entonces convertirse en jueces y acusadores; y lamentablemente, si no hay nada negativo lo inventan, tienen una prolífica imaginación que usan en pro de calumniar al prójimo y perjudicarlo. Y, yo pienso y digo, que si usaran esa energía en hacer su vida y sus espacios mejores, el mundo en general sería un lugar mejor; pero hay algo más, siempre, siempre, siempre el pasado los alcanzará y cosecharán lo que han sembrado.

5) “No hay mal que dure cien años.”

Este último refrán nos lo trajo Hive account@elisonr13, quien es un estupendo cantante, con un estilo muy indie, realmente les recomiendo visiten su blog, para que se deleiten con su poesía hecha música. Y bueno, respecto al refrán, es un TAN CIERTO. Hay situaciones negativas, cansonas, que se perfilan o avizoran como eternas, pero JAMÁS lo serán. Un ejemplo de ello son ciertas personitas, se encumbran en posiciones de poder, y en base a ese poder agreden, vejan y controlan a los demás, sólo por el gusto de sentirse poderosos y regodearse en esa ilusión de ser lo máximo, pero si ellos creen que eso es eterno, pues nada más lejos de la verdad, y como dije en el refrán anterior, a ellos siempre el pasado les alcanzará… y el fruto de sus acciones será lo que comerán a futuro, tanto ellos como sus familias...

1) “I'm like a goat without a rope.”

2) “Guatanero (rude) pig, not even if they burn his trunk.”

This unique saying was contributed by Hive account@belkyscabrera who makes some wonderful and simple cooking recipes, both vegan and non-vegan; I recommend that when you run out of ideas for the daily menu, check out his blog, there you will get inspiration. This saying is used very frequently by his grandmother, who I think is a very wise lady; and this one in particular is used when someone has unacceptable behavior, such as refusing to comply with their duties, or also when someone has unhealthy habits. She left another saying in the comments that I will share in installment 42.

3) “Whoever wants to know what is good, should have children.”

This saying was shared by Hive account@yessi08, who, like Hive account@aguamiel and Hive account@belkyscabrera, makes delicious recipes of all kinds, vegan or not, great shakes and very good food that we can prepare without stress, smoothly and in harmony, since her posts are very well crafted and she explains the entire recipe process in great detail; I recommend you also visit his blog to enrich your gastronomic heritage. This saying was frequently said by his grandmother, who I also believe was a lady of great wisdom. With it, she tried to express that the work of being a parent is the most difficult in life and that there is no point of comparison between any job and being a parent. Certainly, humans are not given an instruction manual to carry out the most important task of our lives, and in general we are not 100% prepared.

4) “Always looking for hair in the soup.”

There is someone very particular in Hive, because he always transmits us joy and highlights the value of laughter as a fundamental component of life, and that person is Hive account@lisfabian who regularly promotes initiatives linked precisely to this, to joy and laughter; so I recommend you go to his blog and see the beautiful and interesting posts he makes. She shared with us this great saying, which is VERY applicable in the real world and in the virtual world as well, and perfectly describes certain little persons, who are searching the lives of others, looking for the bad that they believe or wish that it exists, to then become judges and accusers; and unfortunately, if there is nothing negative, they invent it, they have a prolific imagination that they use to slander others and harm them. And, I think and say, that if they used that energy to make their lives and their spaces better, the world in general would be a better place; but there is something else, always, always, always the past will catch up with their and they will reap what they have sown.

5) “There is no evil that lasts a hundred years.”

This last saying was brought to us by Hive account@elisonr13, who is a great singer, with a very indie style, I really recommend you visit his blog, to enjoy his poetry made music. And well, regarding the saying, it is SO TRUE. There are negative, tiring situations that are outlined or envisioned as eternal, but they will NEVER be. An example of this are certain little people, they rise to positions of power, and based on that power they attack, harass and control others, just for the pleasure of feeling powerful and basking in that illusion of being the best, but if they believe that this is eternal, because nothing could be further from the truth, and as I said in the previous saying, the past will always catch up with them... and the fruit of their actions will be what they and their families will eat in the future…
